Summer is the best time of year to visit Niagara Falls for several reasons, although there are some perks to coming at other times of the year. Peak season falls between June and August, at this time of the year temperatures are warm but still comfortable, hovering around the low 80s.
It’s quite windy around the falls and with all the water whipping around, it truly makes for the perfect temperature to soak it all up.
The downside to coming during peak season is, you guessed it, the crowds. Since this is the best time of year to enjoy all of the attractions and pleasant weather, it’s when most people tend to flock here.
