Campark Resorts Terms and Conditions for Guests

Park Rules Summary:

  • One Tent/Sleeping Unit Per Site: STRICTLY enforced. Each site is limited to ONE sleeping unit, which can be either one tent plus a dining tent or one RV. No additional sleeping units are permitted. Violations will result in the removal of unauthorized unit.
  • One Family Per Site: Strictly enforced. This is a family park.
  • Quiet Time: 10:00 pm - 9:00 am
  • Pets: Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Pets are not permitted in the pool, playground, mini-golf areas, or any rental units, including cabins and Cabanas. Bringing pets into rental units will result in a mandatory cleaning fee and immediate eviction.
  • Campfires: Must be extinguished by midnight. No outside firewood allowed.
  • Visitors: The number of guests per site is limited. Any more than 2 outside visitors per site MUST be approved by management. Your visitor must register at the office and pay a $15.00 fee. Visitors can stay until 10:00 pm. Campers must provide their site number for guest registration.

Cancellations and Refund Policies:

Camp Sites(Tent/RV sites) and Basic 12x12 Cabins: A $25.00 cancellation fee applies. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the arrival day—this means two full days before arrival (e.g., for a Friday night reservation, cancellations must be made before midnight on Tuesday). No refunds for early departures once the balance of your stay is paid.

Bunkies and Cabanas (Deluxe Cabins): Absolutely no refunds on deposits for cancellations or early departures. (*Deposit covers the first night’s fee. If you paid in full at the time of reserving for your bunkie or cabana, you will receive a refund MINUS the first night’s fee).

Group or Multiple Party Reservation Disclaimer:

The person making this reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group are aware of and adhere to our park rules. The primary guest is also accountable for any damages or inappropriate behavior caused by their party. Please ensure that all guests follow our guidelines to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone.

Length of Stay Rules:

  • Tent sites and basic cabins have a maximum stay limit of 5 nights. Extensions beyond this period are not permitted, and switching sites or cabins to bypass this rule is prohibited.
  • Deluxe cabins allow for a maximum stay of 7 nights. Any extension beyond this limit is not allowed.
  • For RV sites, any reservation extending beyond 21 nights must be approved by management. Requests for extended stays should be submitted in advance for review. No tents on RV sites to circumvent any of the length of stay rules.

Safety and Emergency Procedures:

  • Safety Guidelines: Please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishing boxes throughout the park nearest your site. Fires must be attended at all times and extinguished completely before leaving the area.
  • Waste Disposal: Please use designated waste and recycling bins. Do not leave trash on your site, in your firepit or in common areas.
  • Environmental Protection: To protect local wildlife and preserve natural resources, please do not disturb vegetation or wildlife. Part of camping/outdoors activities can sometimes include local wildlife. We follow all rules in regards to pest control procedures in Ontario.

Vehicle and Parking Policies:

  • Parking: Only one vehicle is permitted per site unless otherwise arranged. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow area and are subject to a $10.00 fee.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: No maintenance or repair work is allowed on park premises. This includes washing vehicles.

Amenities and Facility Use:

  • Pool and Splash Pad: Use of the pool and splash pad is at your own risk. Please adhere to posted rules and regulations.
  • Playgrounds: Use of playground equipment is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while using playground equipment.

Noise and Conduct:

  • Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels to a minimum. If we have to speak to you on multiple occasions about noise, you may be asked to leave.
  • We do not allow Karaoke at sites due to noise complaints
  • Behavior: Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Guests displaying such behavior will be asked to leave the park.

Liability and Insurance:

  • Liability: Campark Resorts is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to secure their belongings.   Insurance: We recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their stay.

Code of Conduct:

  • Respect for Others: Please do not walk through other guests' sites. All guests are expected to act respectfully towards other campers and staff. If you are having issues with fellow campers please politely address it and if it cannot be resolved please let the office know.

Park Staff Interaction: At Campark Resorts, we take great pride in being a family-owned and operated campground. Many of our staff are our family members, friends, and neighbours who are dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. We strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere.

We do not tolerate verbal abuse towards our staff. Our team works hard to provide excellent service, and we expect all interactions to be respectful and courteous. Should any issues arise, please address them calmly and constructively with our staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold a positive experience for everyone.

Security and Conduct Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, Campark Resorts employs security personnel to patrol the park during the night. Security staff are tasked with enforcing park rules and addressing any issues that may arise.

  • Security Presence: Security personnel will be on patrol from dusk until dawn to monitor activities and ensure compliance with park regulations.
  • Compliance with Security Instructions: Guests are required to follow all instructions given by security staff. This includes adhering to noise restrictions, respecting quiet hours, and complying with any other park rules they enforce.
  • Enforcement of Rules: If security staff address a concern or issue, it is essential to cooperate promptly and respectfully. Failure to comply with their instructions may result in corrective actions, including potential removal from the park.
  • Safety and Respect: Our security team is here to maintain a positive and secure environment. We ask that guests treat them with respect and understand that their role is crucial for the safety and comfort of everyone.

Your cooperation with our security team is greatly appreciated and contributes to a pleasant experience for all guests.

Haunt Manor: Haunt Manor, a large Halloween event, runs from September 28 to October 27 this year. This private event operates separately from Campark camping. During this period, the tent site area and basic cabins will be off-limits to campers. The Barn/Pavilion will be closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.For the safety and enjoyment of all, please do not touch any props or displays.
